Do you really let me swap a plant I cannot keep happy?
Yes. Subscription plants carry a free swap window of two weeks. If a specimen is not suited to your light or your routine, we collect it on a future delivery and bring a better match, without return postage on your side. This rule exists because a plant that does not thrive helps nobody, so we would rather make the match right.
Will an office or corporate scheme disturb my team while it is planted?
No. Office greenery and corporate landscaping are planted in phases around your opening hours. Planters on castors let us position and refresh large pieces quietly, and finishing happens outside busy moments. Your team sees a finished, fresh lobby each Monday rather than a trail of soil sacks through the week.
How soon can I expect an answer to my message?
Every enquiry sent before noon on a greenhouse day receives a reply the same day. Messages that arrive on weekends or public holidays are answered on the next working day. Photo diagnostics for a struggling plant get priority so a recovery plan can start as soon as possible.
